With its own swimming pool and large tropical gardens, the house sits on the western shore of Falmouth Harbour in the south of Antigua. There are stunning views across the sea to the distant masts of the Antigua Yacht Club and out to the open ocean.
Ideal for either family or adult groups, Dieppe Bay House has been furnished with elegant colonial-style antique teak and mahogany furniture. The five bedrooms in the main house plus a sofa bed in the study can sleep up to 12, plus another two in the separate cottage. With extensive facilities for large groups, maid service is also included along with a gardener/pool service and on call property manager.
The layout of the house also means that it is perfectly suitable for smaller groups too.

An acre of garden gives the villa lots of outdoors space with plenty of room for privacy and shade, and includes a gorgeous pool with sundeck, two gazebos, sun terrace, rustic beach BBQ area and lawn leading down to the sea and natural beach. Only five minutes drive to local shops and restaurants, the house has stunning views towards Falmouth Harbour to the distant masts of the yacht clubs and out to sea.
